Dear Sir:

On 10 April 2015, the Commission received applications by Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership, Bell Canada, and Télébec, Limited Partnership (collectively, Bell Canada et al.) under Tariff Notices 512 and 513, 7453 and 7454, and 483, respectively, in which Bell Canada et al. proposed to reverse certain rate changes approved in Telecom Decision 2015-70.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis of the applications. Consequently, these applications, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of these applications, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
