RE: Part I Application requesting a review of certain aspects of Northwestel’s Network Modernization Plan – Interrogatory

Dear Mr. Yeulett:

On 26 January 2015, Iristel filed the above referenced application. In its application, Iristel requested, among other things, that the process Northwestel Inc. (Northwestel) currently uses to advise competitors of the date when an exchange is expected to receive LNP, be revised.

Commission staff considers that additional information is required in regard to this application. Northwestel is therefore required to provide a comprehensive answer, including any supporting information, to the attached interrogatory.

As set out in Procedures for filing confidential information and requesting its disclosure in Commission proceedings, Broadcasting and Telecom Information Bulletin 2010-961, 23 December 2010, parties may designate certain information as confidential. Should any information be designated as confidential, parties must provide an abridged version of the document involved, accompanied by a note explaining how he information removed is confidential.

Responses to these interrogatories are to be filed with the Commission, and served on all other parties, by 2 April 2015. Documents to be filed and served are to be received, not merely sent, by the date indicated.
