Re: Tariff Notice 57 – Name change, Fusion and Various Tariff Items
Dear Madam:
On 21 January ;2015, the Commission received an application from La Compagnie de Téléphone de Lambton (Lambton) under cover of Tariff Notice 57 (TN 57), in which the company proposed to adjust its General Tariff to that of Sogetel inc. and/or Téléphone Milot inc., following its merger with La Compagnie de Téléphone de Courcelles inc. and the redemption of its shares by Gestion Michel Biron inc, majority shareholder of Sogetel inc.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be disposed of on the 45th calendar day following receipt. The Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, by the end of April.
