Dear Madam:

On March 11, 2015, Groupe Maskatel LP submitted a letter requesting the withdrawal of the above-mentioned application. In its letter, Groupe Maskatel LP noted that its application does not fully comply with the directives set out in Telecom Regulatory Policy CRTC 2013-160.

Groupe Maskatel LP’s request has been accepted. It will be added to the record, which will then be closed.
