Re: Part I Application requesting a review of certain aspects of Northwestel’s Network Modernization Plan – request for Extension
Dear Mr. Bishay:
The Reply of Iristel Inc. in the Part 1 Application requesting a review of certain aspects of Northwestel’s Network Modernization Plan was due to be filed 5 March 2015. By letter dated 3 March 2015 you stated that Iristel’s regulatory resources relating to this matter are currently engaged on an urgent court matter so it will not be possible for Iristel to prepare and file its Reply on time. It further requested an extension to the Reply filing deadline associated with this proceeding to be no later than 10 March 2015.
In the circumstances, Commission staff considers it appropriate to grant Iristel an extension to the date it must provide a Reply which is to be no later than 10 March 2015.
