Re: An application made on behalf of the City of Hamilton with respect to the establishment of a Municipal Access Agreement between the City and Bell Canada and associated matters - Request for extension to file interventions

Dear Mr. Duxbury,

The Commission has received a letter dated 23 January 2015 from Duxbury Law Professional Corporation, counsel for the City of Hamilton (the City), requesting an extension for the filing of interventions in the above referenced application. The letter states that it is the City’s understanding that there may be additional parties wishing to participate in this proceeding and that, consistent with its request in its application to establish a procedure that will allow for broad input by a variety of interested parties, it is requesting that the current deadline of 12 February 2015 to submit interventions be extended to 5th March 2015.

Commission staff grants the extension request. Accordingly, interested parties must file their interventions with the Commission by 5 March 2015. Bell Canada must file its answer with the Commission also by 5 March 2015. The City must file its reply with the Commission by 16 March 2015.

Sincerely
