Re: Ontario Video Relay Service Committee’s Final Costs Application for Participation in Proceeding Initiated by Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2014-188 – Procedural Request
In a letter dated 14 January 2015, Commission staff set out deadlines for comment and reply with respect to the costs application referred to above. On 26 January 2015, Bell Canada wrote to request a revision to the filing deadlines as follows:
- 26 January 2015 deadline for comments to be extended to 29 January 2015; and
- 5 February 2015 deadline for replies to be extended to 8 February 2015.
In its letter Bell Canada stated that due to unforeseen circumstances, certain parties were not in a position to provide comments by the deadline of 26 January 2015 and requested an extension in order to allow all parties the opportunity to participate.
Commission staff does not consider that this short extension of the filing deadline will cause harm to any parties in this proceeding. Therefore, if you wish to file comments, you may do so by 29 January 2015. If you wish to file a reply, you may do so by 8 February 2015.
Yours sincerely,
