RE: Northwestel Inc. Tariff Notice 922 Prime Power Request for Extension
Dear Mr. Yeulett:
On 16 January 2015, Northwestel requested an extension to file responses to the request for information regarding Tariff Notice 922 until 30 January 2015.
Northwestel submitted that its Infrastructure Planning Manager is away from the office until 26 January 2015 and requested an extension to respond to the request for information until 30 January 2015.
In the circumstance, Commission staff considers the extension requested is reasonable.
Accordingly, Northwestel’s filing date is extended to from 23 January 2015 to 30 January 2015.
Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be actually received, not merely sent, by that date. Copies of the documents should also be sent to nat.natraj@crtc.gc.ca.
