Re: Bell Canada - Part 1 Application for access to the Edenshaw Homes Limited’s Chaz Yorkville multi-dwelling unit - Interrogatories
Mr. McComb:
On 3 November 2014, Bell Canada filed the above referenced application. Commission staff considers that additional information is required in regard to this application. Edenshaw Homes Limited is therefore required to provide comprehensive answers, including any supporting information, to the attached interrogatories.
Pursuant to subsection 37(2) of the Telecommunications Act, the Commission may require a person other than a Canadian carrier that is in possession of information that the Commission considers necessary for the administration of the Act, to submit the information to the Commission.
As set out in Procedures for filing confidential information and requesting its disclosure in Commission proceedings Broadcasting and Telecom Information Bulletin 2010-961, 23 December 2010, parties may designate certain information as confidential. Should any information be designated as confidential, parties must provide an abridged version of the document involved, accompanied by a note explaining how the information removed is confidential.
Responses to these interrogatories are to be filed with the Commission, and served on all other parties, by 28 January 2014.

- Indicate the planned occupancy date for Chaz Yorkville.
- Indicate whether Edenshaw is under a legal obligation to have completed all construction, including finishing work, by a given date in order to allow for pre-delivery inspections.
- If the answer is yes, specify the date, along with the source of the obligation, including supporting documentation.
