  2. Confirm that the stations listed at the end of the Local Programming Data are the SMITS stations, and that the data shown in Table 11 apply to the same stations in all of the 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 years;
  3. Confirm that Tables 1 through 10 all describe the same stations listed as “Conventional Television Stations” under Local Programming Data, in each of the 2012/13, 2013/2014 and September 2014-February 2015 periods; and
  4. Provide the number of full-time or equivalent staff for the stations grouped under “Conventional television stations”, for each of the broadcast years from 2010 to 2014, and for the period from September 2014 to February 2015.

In response, the following is confirmed:

  1. The Financial data table contained in Appendix A of the Commission’s 18 September 2015 letter is identical to the one contained in its 9 April 2015 letter;
  2. The stations listed at the end of the Local Programming Data are the SMITS stations, and the data shown in Table 11 apply to the same stations in all of the 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 years;
  3. Tables 1 through 10 all describe the same stations listed as “Conventional Television Stations” under Local Programming Data, in each of the 2012/13, 2013/2014 and September 2014-February 2015 periods.
  4. Where appropriate, the Commission will add, on 2 November 2015, the number of full-time or equivalent staff in its tables 1 to 11.

Sincerely,
