This is in response to the procedural requests filed by the Canadian Association of the Deaf, dated 10 July 2015, and by the Public Interest Advocacy Centre (PIAC), dated 21 August 2015, in regard to Part 1 application 2015-0701-3 (the application) submitted by Shaw Communications for amendments to the licence of BC News 1.  

Please note that all correspondence received to date from interested parties in respect of these procedural requests has been placed on the public record of the application. The Commission will dispose of the procedural requests in due course.

Furthermore, in Commission staff’s view, no further correspondence from interested parties  is required in regard to these procedural requests.
