Re: Procedural Letter: Request by Rogers Media Inc relating to Outdoor Life Network's nature of service as well as its category of licence – Application returned (2015-0115-6)

This is with reference to application 2015-0115-6 by Rogers Media Inc. to amend the nature of service definition for the Outdoor Life Network (OLN) and convert to a Category B specialty programming undertaking.
