Dear Ms Young,

This is with reference to Shaw Television Limited Partnership’s (Shaw) application regarding the licence of the English-language conventional television programming undertaking CHAN-DT Vancouver, British Columbia, specifically, Shaw applied to amend the technical parameters of the rebroadcasting transmitter CHKL-TV-3 Revelstoke, British Columbia by converting it to digital.

As requested in your e-mail dated 17 December 2014, the Commission has closed the file in question. The Commission will therefore no longer proceed with your application as filed.
