Various companies - Final approval of tariff applications - Correction
- In Telecom Order 2015-56, the Commission approved a number of tariff applications on a final basis. Due to an administrative error, Tariff Notice 49, submitted by Cogeco Cable Inc., was inadvertently included in the list of tariffs approved on a final basis. In fact, the Commission had approved Tariff Notice 49 on an interim basis in Telecom Order 2015-13. The Commission has not yet approved Tariff Notice 49 on a final basis and, in this regard, Telecom Order 2015-56 did not express the Commission’s intent.
- Accordingly, the Commission is issuing the present order to clarify that the Commission has approved Cogeco Cable Inc.’s Tariff Notice 49 on an interim basis, effective 19 January 2015. This interim approval will remain in effect pending the Commission’s final disposition of Tariff Notice 49.
