With this notice, the Commission advises parties to this proceeding that staff is requesting additional information, by way of separate letters issued today, from the Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services Inc. (CCTS) and certain telecommunications service providers that are participants in the CCTS.
  2. This information is requested to ensure that the Commission has the factual record necessary to conduct its review. Responses to these requests for information are due by 15 October 2015, and will be added to the public record of this proceeding and will be available on the Commission’s website at
