Regional video-on-demand programming undertaking - Revocation of licence
- VideOptic Inc. has requested the revocation of the broadcasting licence for its regional, French- and English-language video-on-demand programming undertaking authorized to serve the Regional County Municipalities of Érable, Arthabaska and Drummond, and the municipalities of Upton, Saint-Victor, Saint-Éphrem, Saint-Hyacinthe, Notre-Dame-du-Bon-Conseil, Sainte-Perpétue, Sainte-Brigitte, Sainte-Clotilde and Sainte-Séraphine, Quebec.
- Given the licensee’s request and pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to VideOptic Inc. for the above-mentioned undertaking.
