RE: Cochrane Telecom Services Tariff Notice 70 – Removal of references to terminal equipment from its General Tariff
Dear Madam:
On 5 December 2014, the Commission received an application from Cochrane Telecom Services under Tariff Notice 70, in which it proposed revisions to its General Tariff to remove references to terminal equipment pursuant to forbearance determinations in Telecom Decision 94-14, Review of regulatory framework.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
