RE: Tariff Notice 68 – Forbearance from the regulation of retail voice mail services
Dear Sir:
On 14 November 2014, Cochrane Telecom Services (Cochrane) filed a letter requesting to withdraw the above-noted application from consideration by the Commission.
Staff considers that based on the Commission’s determination in Telecom Regulatory Policy CRTC 2010-777 regarding voice mail services, incumbent local exchange carriers may submit revised tariff pages to reflect the determination in this decision rather than filing an application for approval.
Cochrane Telecom Services request to withdraw this application is accepted. The application will be closed and a copy of the request will be kept on file.
