Subject: Tariff Notice 610 – Public Emergency Reporting Service
Dear Madam:
On 14 November 2014, the Commission received an application from TELUS Communications Company (TCC) under cover of Tariff Notice 610 (TN 610), in which TCC proposed amendments to Section 2.25, 9-1-1 Service, and Section 2.30, Enhanced 9-1-1 Service – Wireless Service Providers, of its General Tariff; and to Section 1.05, Local Network Interconnection and Component Unbundling, of its Carrier Access Tariff. TCC indicated that its application qualifies as a Group B retail filing.
Commission staff is still analyzing this application and the cost study submitted for Commission approval.
Consequently, the application and any subsequent amendments will not be approved provisionally on the 15th calendar day following receipt.
However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days following receipt.
