Re: Bell Canada application for access to the Edenshaw Developments’ Chaz Yorkville multi-dwelling unit
Dear Madam, Sirs:
On 3 November 2014, Bell Canada filed the above referenced application. In its application, Bell indicated that it was seeking from the Commission various interim and final relief.
Without considering the merits of the requested relief, staff notes that the issues raised by Bell Canada in its application may potentially be time sensitive. Accordingly, the following timelines are to apply to the present application:
- Answers by the respondents, or interventions from any interested person, with respect to the various interim relief, must be filed with the Commission by 24 November 2014.
- Final reply from Bell Canada, with respect to the various interim relief, must be filled with the Commission by 28 November 2014.
- Answers by the respondents, or interventions from any interested person, with respect to the various final relief, must be filed with the Commission by 3 December 2014.
- Final reply from Bell Canada, with respect to the various final relief, must be filled with the Commission by 12 December 2014.
Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be actually received, not merely sent, by that date.
Note that the public record of this proceeding is available on the Commission’s website at www.crtc.gc.ca (click here) or by using the file number provided above.
Sincerely
