RE: Northwestel Inc. Tariff Notices 921
Dear Sir:
On 27 October 2014, the Commission received an application by Northwestel Inc. (Northwestel), under Tariff Notice 921, in which the company proposed to introduce Special Facilities Tariff item 767 – GNWT Internet Services for Education Special Assembly.
Commission staff will hold this application pending disposal of Nortwestel’s Tariff Notices 904, 904A, and 904B, which proposed the introduction of terrestrial retail Internet services in the company’s General Tariff.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revision, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
