RE:  Withdrawal of Tariff Notice 62

Dear Sir:

On 2 October 2014, DMTS filed a letter requesting to withdraw the above-noted application from consideration by the Commission. DMTS stated that the company had determined that the tariff revisions in its application did not fully reflect the Commission’s determinations in Telecom Decision 2014-213 and that it would re-file the tariff application.

DMTS’s request to withdraw this application is accepted. The application will be closed and a copy of the request will be kept on file.
