Re: Tariff Notice 607 – Introduction of Occasional Use Integrated Broadcast NewsRoute Service

Dear Madam:

On 10 September 2014, the Commission received an application from TELUS Communications Company (TCC), in which TCC proposed to introduce the Occasional Use Integrated Broadcast NewsRoute Service. TCC indicated that its application qualified as a Group B retail tariff filing.

Commission staff is still reviewing this application.

Consequently, this application and any subsequent amendments will not be approved provisionally on the 15th calendar day following their receipt.

However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days following receipt.
