Dear Madam:

Re: Tariff Notice 56 – Access Tariff

On 7 July 2014, the Commission received an application by La compagnie de Téléphone de Lambton Inc. (Lambton) under cover of Tariff Notice 56 (TN 56), in which the company indicated that it wished to comply with Telecom Decision CRTC 2011-92 by posting its Access Tariff on its website. Consequently, Lambton proposed to remove from its General Tariff all sections regarding competitor services and moving them to its new Access Tariff.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis.

Consequently, this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, will not be disposed of on the 45th calendar day of receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, during the month of October.

Yours sincerely,
