Re: Tariff Notice 169 – Subject
On 28 August 2014, the Commission received an application by Sogetel Inc. (Sogetel) under cover of Tariff Notice 169 (TN 169), in which the company proposed to rename its Tariff No. 21620 as its “CLEC General Tariff” to avoid ambiguity for its customers regarding two of its tariffs. The company indicated that its application was a Group B retail tariff filing.
Commission staff continues to analyze this application and intends to dispose of it by the end of September.
Consequently, this application along with any associated subsequent revisions will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
