Subject: Tariff Notice 603 – Support Structure Service

Dear Madam:

On 26 March 2014, the Commission received from TELUS Communications Company (TCC) Tariff Notice 603 (TN 603), in which the company proposed amendments to section 4.12 of its General Tariff entitled Support Structure Service.

On 28 August 2014, Commission staff requested that TCC respond to questions by
5 September 2014, serving copies on the parties that took part in the proceeding.

On 3 September 2014, Shaw Communications Inc. (Shaw) proposed that Commission staff request, as part of Tariff Notices 933 and 473, that the Bell companies provide additional information similar to that requested of TCC. In addition, Shaw proposed that the dates for responses and interventions be the same for all three files.

In light of the above, Commission staff postpones to 12 September 2014 the date on which TCC is required to respond to the questions posed on 28 August 2014.

Interested parties may file comments with respect to the responses no later than
19 September 2014, serving copies on the parties that took part in the proceeding. TCC may file its reply to the comments no later than 26 September 2014.

Documents to be filed and served must be received, not merely sent, by the date specified.

A copy of the documents must also be sent to martin.brazeau@crtc.ca.

Sincerely,

Original signed by
