RE: Tariff Notice 474– Support Structure Service
Dear Sir:
On 21 March 2014, the Commission received an application by TELUS Communication Company (TCC) requesting approval for proposed revisions to its General Tariff for Item 404-Support Structure Service.
On 28 August 2014 Commission staff requested TCC to respond to interrogatories by 5 September 2014, serving parties on all parties.
On 3 September 2014 Shaw Communications Inc. proposed that Commission staff address same or similar requests for information from the Bell Companies (regarding TNs 933/473) and the timelines for responses from the Bell companies and TCC as well as parties’ comment on this information be aligned.
In light of the above, Commission staff extends to 12 September 2014 the time TCC has to respond to the interrogatories in Commission staff letter dated 28 August 2014.
Parties to the proceeding may comment on the responses to these interrogatories by 19 September 2014, serving a copy on all other parties. TCC may reply to those comments by 26 September 2014, serving a copy on all other parties.
Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be actually received, not merely sent, by that date.
Copies of the document should also be sent to nat.natra@crtc.gc.ca
Sincerely,
Original signed by
