RE: Commencement of measurement of indicators related to message relay services

Dear Sir/Madam,

On 6 May 2014 Commission staff sent a request for information seeking to identify which of the identified message relay service (MRS)Footnote 1 indicators companies were currently measuring on an ongoing basis. For those indentified indicators that were not being measured, Commission staff required that companies start measuring them as of 1 September 2014.

Commission staff reminds companies that measurement of the remaining indicators, in accordance with your letters dated 30 June 2014, is to commence on an ongoing basis as of 1 September 2014.

Should you have any questions regarding this letter, please contact Kay Saicheua at
(819) 934-1358 or for more information.

Yours truly,

Steven Harroun
Director General, Strategic Policy
