RE:   Northwestel Inc. Tariff Notices 911, 912, 913, 914, and 915

Dear Sir:

On 30 May 2014, the Commission received applications by Northwestel Inc. (Northwestel), under Tariff Notices 911, 912, 913, 914, and 915, in which the company proposed to introduce special facilities tariffs (SFTs) for certain customer-specific terrestrial retail Internet services. On 9 June 2014, Northwestel submitted revised tariff pages to include a proposed effective date.

Commission staff will hold these applications pending disposal of Nortwestel’s Tariff Notices 904 and 904A, which proposed the introduction of terrestrial retail Internet services in the company’s General Tariff.

Consequently, these applications, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will  not be disposed of within 45 business days of receipt of the filings. The Commission intends to dispose of these applications by the end of October 2014.

Sincerely,

Original signed by
