RE: FlexITy Holdings Inc. Tariff Notice 6 – Various Tariff Items

Dear Sir:

On 29 July 2014, the Commission received an application by FlexITy Holdings Inc. (FlexITy), under Tariff Notice 6 (TN 6), in which the company proposed revisions to its Access Service Tariff related to FlexITy’s entry into the Winnipeg, Manitoba, local interconnection region and to correct an error in its existing tariff.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.

Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.

Commission staff notes that the proposed effective date of 30 July 2014 does not comply with the Commission’s procedures for Group B filings considering that such applications must be filed with the Commission at least 15 calendar days before the proposed effective date. As such, the earliest proposed effective date

should be 14 August 2014. For efficiency, the Commission will process this application as though the proposed effective date were 14 August 2014.

Sincerely,

Original signed by
