On 9 June 2014, requests for information were addressed to Data & Audio-Visual Enterprises Wireless Inc., carrying on business as Mobilicity (Mobilicity), Lycamobile Ltd., Primal Technologies Inc., and Raven Wireless by other parties to this proceeding. The responses to these requests for information were to be filed by 7 July 2014.

Commission staff notes that Mobilicity has not filed responses to the requests for information from other parties. In addition, Lycamobile Ltd., Primal Technologies Inc., and Raven Wireless have not filed responses to requests for information from Canadian Network Operators Consortium Inc.

Mobilicity, Lycamobile Ltd., Primal Technologies Inc., and Raven Wireless are to file with the Commission, and serve on the parties making the requests, responses to all requests for information from other parties by 6 August 2014. Commission staff notes that failure to file these responses by this date would make the service provider concerned subject to potential enforcement action.

Following the filing of these responses, parties may request (i) further responses to interrogatories, specifying in each case why a further response is necessary, and (ii) the public disclosure of information that has been designated confidential, setting out in each case the reasons for disclosure.

Parties are reminded that, if a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be actually received, not merely sent, by that date.
