RE: Bell Canada’s application for access to Plaza Corporation's Ivory on Adelaide multi-dwelling unit building – Request to vary CRTC Rules of Practice and Procedure
Dear Mr. Blakey:
The Commission has received a letter dated 25 July 2014 from Bell Canada requesting the following modifications to the procedures associated with the above-identified application:
- That the Commission suspend the usual 30 day deadline within which respondents and interested persons would have to file an answer or an intervention;
- That the 21 August 2014 answer and intervention deadline appearing on the Commission's website be suspended; and
- That on notification by Bell Canada, the 30 day deadline for filing an answer or an intervention be reinstated in full in order to provide parties and interested persons a full 30 days to file an answer or an interventions.
Commission staff considers that, in the circumstances, the requests are reasonable.
Yours sincerely
