RE: Transfer of responsibility for single-line inside wire to business customers
Dear Mr. Olenick:
In TBayTel –Application for the transfer of responsibility for single-line inside wire to business customers and for forbearance from the regulation of single-line inside wire services, Telecom Decision CRTC 2014-321, 12 June 2014 (Telecom Decision 2014-321), the Commission approved the transfer of responsibility for single-line inside wire to TBayTel’s business customers. The Commission also directed TBayTel to notify its single-line inside wire business customers via a billing insert or a letter of the transfer of responsibility for inside wire, and directed TBayTel to submit the content of their notice to the Commission for its review.
On 23 June 2014, TBayTel filed a letter with the Commission that provided its draft notice for the Commission’s review.
By Commission staff letter dated 16 July 2014, TbayTel was requested to file a revised version of its draft notice.
On 25 July 2014, TBayTel filed a letter with the Commission that provided its revised draft notice for the Commission’s review.Commission staff has reviewed TBayTel’s revised draft notice and approves the content of the revised draft notice.
