Re: Final Offer Arbitration proceedings – Sun News Network’s procedural requests in letter dated 22 July 2014
The Commission is in receipt of a letter dated 22 July 2014 from Sun News Network (Sun News) where it has made certain procedural requests in the Final Offer Arbitration proceedings involving Quebecor Media Inc. and Rogers Communications Partnership, and TELUS Communications Company and Sun News, respectively.
The Commission hereby suspends the deadlines established for filing submissions in these proceedings (as set out in Commission letters dated 22 July 2014) pending the Commission’s decision on the procedural requests. The Commission will inform parties of the revised filing dates in that decision.
