RE: Part 1 Application regarding Northwestel’s Proposal for a Terrestrial Retail Internet Basket Structure and Pricing Constraints – Request for extension

In a Commission staff letter dated 25 June 2014, Northwestel was requested to file responses to requests for information relating to the above-noted application by 16 July 2014. In addition, a process was established for supplementary comments.

By letter dated 11 July 2014, Northwestel requested that the deadline to file their response to request for information NWTel(CRTC)25June2014-1 be extended to 30 July 2014.
Commission staff considers that Northwestel’s request for an extension is reasonable in the circumstances.

As a result, the deadline to file their response to request for information NWTel(CRTC)25June2014-1 is extended to 30 July 2014.

The dates for the supplementary process are also revised as follows:

Interveners may file supplementary reply comments with the Commission, serving a copy on Northwestel, by 8 August 2014. Northwestel may file a supplementary answer with the Commission, serving a copy on the Interveners, by 15 August 2014.

Documents to be filed or served by a specific date must be actually received, not merely sent, by that date.

Yours sincerely,
