RE: Cogeco Cable Inc. Tariff Notices 37B, 42B, and 47 – Request for extension
Dear Sirs,
The Commission is in receipt of letters dated 2 July 2014 from the Canadian Network Operators Consortium Inc. (CNOC), in which CNOC (1) commented on Cogeco Cable Inc.’s (Cogeco’s) Tariff Notices 37B and 42B, and (2) made a request for disclosure of information with respect to Cogeco’s Tariff Notice 47.
By letter dated 4 July 2014, Cogeco requested an extension to 25 July 2014 for the filing of its reply comments, as well as its response to the request for disclosure of information. Cogeco submitted that the interventions made by CNOC raise financial issues and that Cogeco’s key finance resource working on those files is on vacation and will not be available until 21 July 2014.
In the circumstances, Commission staff considers Cogeco’s request to be reasonable. Accordingly, Cogeco has until 25 July 2014 to file reply comments on its Tariff Notices 37B and 42B, and to file its response to CNOC’s request for disclosure of information with respect to Tariff Notice 47.Sincerely,
