RE:  Tariff Notice 464 – Support Structure Service

Dear Sir:

On 09 June 2014, TELUS Communications Company (TCC) filed a letter requesting to withdraw the above-noted application from consideration by the Commission in light of Telecom Decision CRTC 2014-265 – Shaw Cablesystems G.P. – Request for relief with regard to TELUS Communications Company’s service pole census (Decision 2014-265),dated 22 May 2014.

In that decision the Commission determined that, among other things, Shaw Cablesystems G.P. (Shaw) be given a period of six months from the date of the decision or from the date that TCC provides it with the service pole census results specific to Shaw, whichever is latest, to validate the census results.

TELUS Communications Company’s request to withdraw this application is accepted. The application will be closed and a copy of the request will be kept on file.

Yours sincerely,
