RE: Review of wholesale mobile wireless services, Telecom Notice of Consultation 2014-76 [1] – Further process for requests for information
This letter sets out further process regarding requests for information in the above-noted proceeding.
In a letter dated 3 July 2014, the Commission directed certain Canadian wireless carriers to provide on the public record information related to roaming, tower and site sharing and other wholesale wireless services. This information is to be filed by 7 July 2014.
Parties may request information, in the form of interrogatories, from those wireless carriers that filed information in accordance with the Commission’s 3 July 2014 letter and only with respect to the specific information to be filed pursuant to that letter. The requesting party must file its request for information with the Commission, and serve the request on the party to whom it is addressed, by 14 July 2014.
Responses to these requests for information are to be filed with the Commission, and served on parties making the requests, by 21 July 2014.
Parties are reminded that, if a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be actually received, not merely sent, by that date.
