Re: Tariff Notice 166 – Forbearance with respect to retail directory assistance services

Dear Madam:

On 16 June 2014, the Commission received an application from Sogetel inc. (Sogetel) under cover of Tariff Notice 166 (TN 166) in which the company proposed to withdraw from its General Tariff most references to the rates and fees of its retail directory assistance services that were included, while retaining the elements relating to fee exemptions.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis. Consequently, this application along with any associated subsequent revisions will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day after it was received. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.

Sincerely,
