Dear Sir:

On 30 May 2014, the Commission received applications by Northwestel Inc. (Northwestel), under Tariff Notices 911, 912, 913, 914, and 915, in which the company proposed to introduce special facilities tariffs (SFTs) for certain customer-specific terrestrial retail Internet services. On 9 June 2014, Northwestel submitted revised tariff pages to include a proposed effective date.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis of these applications.

Consequently, these applications, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of these applications, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filings.

Sincerely,
