RE:  Tariff Notice 477 – Digital Network Access

Dear Sir:

On 23 May 2014, TELUS Communications Company (TCC) filed a letter requesting to withdraw the above-noted application from consideration by the Commission. TCC stated that it was withdrawing the tariff notice because the application did not include a cost study in support of the proposed rates.

TCC’s request to withdraw this application is accepted. The application will be closed and a copy of the request will be kept on file.
