Dear Madams/Sirs:
This letter addresses the process associated with the second intervention stage in the proceeding initiated by Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2013-551, as amended.[1]

Parties are therefore expected to (a) supplement their existing position(s) with new evidence; (b) refine or modify their existing position(s); or (b) reply to an existing position of another party.
The process and associated dates are as follows:
- Parties to this proceeding may file a second intervention with the Commission by 27 June 2014. The intervention must be filed in accordance with section 26 of the CRTC Rules of Practice and Procedure and served on all parties to the proceeding.
- Requests for public disclosure of information associated with the second intervention stage that has been designated confidential, setting out in each case the reasons why its disclosure would be in the public interest, must be filed with the Commission and served on the relevant party or parties by 8 July 2014.
- Responses to these requests must be filed with the Commission and served on the party or parties making the request by 18 July 2014.
- Determinations regarding requests for public disclosure will be issued as soon as possible.
In addition, parties are advised that the second interrogatory phase for this proceeding is planned for the end of July 2014, and that further details regarding this phase will be issued towards the end of June 2014.
