Re: Rogers Communications Partnership Tariff Notice 36 – Request for an extension to file an intervention

Dear Sir:

The Commission is in receipt of a letter, dated 9 May 2014, from the Canadian
Network Operators Consortium Inc. (CNOC), in which CNOC requested an extension to
the current due date of 10 May 2014 for the filing of interventions with respect to
Rogers Communications Partnership (Rogers) Tariff Notice 36. CNOC submitted that its regulatory resources are currently fully deployed in preparing submissions due next week in the Commission’s wireline and wireless wholesale proceedings. CNOC is therefore seeking approval for an extension of the filing date to 20 May 2014.

Commission staff considers that under the circumstances the extension request by
CNOC is appropriate.

Accordingly, Commission staff is setting in place the following process dates:

Sincerely,
