RE: Review of wholesale mobile wireless services, Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2014-76 – Request for disclosure of information filed in confidence

By letter dated 1 May 2014, the Consumers’ Association of Canada, the Council of Senior Citizens’ Organizations of British Columbia, the National Pensioners and Senior Citizens Federation and the Public Interest Advocacy Centre (collectively, CAC-COSCO-NPSCF-PIAC) requested the disclosure of information filed as part of the record of the above-noted proceeding and for which confidentiality was claimed. Specifically, CAC-COSCO-NPSCF-PIAC requested the disclosure of information filed in the responses to certain questions set out in the Commission staff’s letter dated 3 March 2014.

All companies identified in the distribution list, as applicable, are to file their response, serving a copy on CAC-COSCO-NPSCF-PIAC, by 8 May 2014. All documents to be filed must be received, not merely sent, by that date. Determinations will be issued regarding CAC-COSCO-NPSCF-PIAC’s request as soon as possible.

Yours sincerely,
