Re: TN 445 – Wholesale Internet ADSL Service – 50 Mbps Residential Service
Dear Mr. Schmidt:
The Commission received a request from TELUS Communications Company (TCC) for a three-week extension for responding to the interrogatories related to the 50 Mbps Residential Service. TCC cited the amount of work required to respond to these interrogatories, along with other CRTC proceeding related work.
In the circumstances, Commission staff considers that TCC’s request is reasonable. Accordingly, TCC is to file its responses to the interrogatories on or by May 12, 2014.
