Re: Associated with Bell Aliant Tariff Notice 464 - Request for extension to file reply comments
Dear Madam:
On 3 April 2014, the Commission received a letter from Bell Aliant in which the company requested an extension to the deadline to file their reply comments on Tariff Notice
(TN) 464.
Bell Aliant submitted that due to staff commitments to other projects it would be unable to file its reply comments by 7 April 2014. Bell Aliant is therefore requesting an extension to 14 April 2014.
Commission staff considers the extension request by Bell Aliant to be reasonable in the circumstance. Accordingly, Bell Aliant may file reply comments on TN 464
by 14 April 2014.
