RE: Application by Sogetel regarding the non-compliance by Télébec with its General Tariff - Closing of file

The Commission has received a letter dated 14 March 2014 from Sogetel inc. (Sogetel) requesting that the Commission close the above-referenced application. Sogetel indicated that its dispute with Télébec, Société en commandite, had been settled in a manner that was satisfactory to both parties.
