Re: Tariff Notice 602 – General Tariff – Resale and Sharing
Dear Madam,
On 26 February 2014, the Commission received an application filed by the TELUS Communications Company (TCC), under cover of Tariff Notice 602, in which the company proposed to revise its General Tariff: in this case, the section on resale and sharing. TCC proposes to include conditions relating to Internet traffic management practice (ITMP) obligations, in accordance with Telecom Regulatory Policy 2009 657 of 21 October 2009, Review of the Internet traffic management practices of Internet service providers (Telecom Regulatory Policy 2009-657).
Commission staff is continuing its analysis. Consequently, this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any subsequent revisions, within 45 business days following receipt.
Sincerely
