Dear Sir:
On 24 February 2014, the Commission received a request by Northwestel to extend the filing date by one week, i.e. to 10 March 2014 for filing its reply comments with regards to TN 903/A.
Northwestel’s indicated that its costing resource is away from the office until 3 March 2014 and that its regulatory resources are busy working on a number of matters including the follow-up requirements outlined in Telecom Regulatory policy 2013-711.
In the circumstances, Northwestel’s request for an extension is reasonable. Accordingly, Northwestel may file its reply comments to TN 903/A by 10 March 2014.
