Re: Telecom Notice of Consultation 2013-337 - Fact-finding process on the role of payphones in the Canadian communications system – Request for an extension to the filing date for responses to requests for further information dated 7 February 2014.
On 12 February 2014 TELUS Communications Company (TELUS) requested an extension to the deadline for filing their responses to further interrogatories with the Commission due to the absence of a key resource within its payphone portfolio. TELUS requested an extension until 28 February 2014 as they are unable to meet the 19 February deadline.
Commission staff considers TELUS’ request to be reasonable. Accordingly, all parties are to file their responses to further interrogatories by 28 February 2014. These responses are to be received, and not merely sent, by this date.
